We use teak wood because it is naturally water-repellant, thanks to the special oil found inside of it. Besides using heavy-duty teak wood, this bench also features solid brass hardware and powerful wooden dowels. This helps maintain the natural integrity of your bench so that you can enjoy it for a long time.
