Simply assemble and place over fire ring or pit with handles in the river to rotisserie evenly and without electric power or tiring your arms by turning manually! The flowing current turns your spit at a consistent rate and is good for the environment! In case you do want to turn it manually, a wooden-handled crank is included. When finished, it’s easy to clean, disassemble, and put into the bag to take home.
