Smoke up with the Ash & Ember Reverse Flow Vertical Smoker, and experience unbeatable quality at your outdoor events! This heavy duty, outdoors smoker box uses natural fuel like small wood and charcoal, stored in the lower chamber. The upper chamber is reserved for the cooking process, as the heat rises and is trapped in this area, it will smoke the food of your choice. Using the reverse flow cooking technology, meat will be kept moist as the chamber fills with smoke, perfectly locking in the flavor. This chamber includes a removable water pan at the bottom, which captures grease, making the cleaning and maintenance process a total breeze.
The upper and lower chamber doors use tapered, heavy-duty steel at the latches, so as you turn the handle to close it, the air-tight seal becomes stronger and more secure – locking the insulated chamber. This vertical smoker comes with four wheels at the base, which all offer a full range of motions as well as locking casters. There are four steel cooking racks in the upper smoking chamber, each 15.5" x 17.5", with a total area of 4665 cubic inches for cooking. A heat deflector is included with your purchase, and the lower chamber includes a raised fire grate for your charcoal or other fuel source.
