The Pizza Tray by Ash & Ember® is a stainless-steel baking appliance that uses heat reflection technology to apply the heat from your broiler onto your pizza. The tray allows you to achieve temps up to 800-degrees and bakes a pizza within 90 seconds. Place the tray on the top rack, set your oven to the highest temperature, then blast your broiler. Make regional specialties like Chicago Style, New York Style, Neapolitan Style (Margherita) , or a Calzone.
