The Campfire Asado comes with both a cooking grate and an interchangeable griddle, at 28” x 29 1/2”. This is a total of 826 square inches of wide open grilling space! Freedom and control are integral to the cooking process, which is why the height of our grill grate / griddle hoist is fully adjustable from 7” in height all the way to 33 1/2”!
