This Argentine grill is built for precision over an open flame, featuring a sturdy ratcheting hand wheel to fine-tune grate height for high-heat searing or low, controlled cooking. Adjustable air vents give you even greater command over airflow and temperature. Use charcoal or wood for deep, live-fire flavor.

Built from robust steel, it includes a spacious bottom shelf for fuel storage, a side shelf for meal prep, and heavy-duty locking caster wheels for easy mobility. The grilling surface has stainless steel V-grates to channel fats into the grease trap, reducing flare-ups and keeping your cooking area clean.

A ceramic-brick-lined firebox maximizes heat retention for consistent, even cooking. This grill comes in two firebox configurations to suit your grilling style: Choose between a traditional charcoal grate design with brick-lined sides and rear, or upgrade to a fully firebrick-lined firebox to reflect heat upward. This upgrade also has a side brasero and front-access doors for heating fuel separately, letting you transfer preheated coals to the cooking area as needed and maintain steady heat without interrupting the cooking process.
