This Santa Maria-style grill features a ratcheting handwheel that adjusts the cooking surface from 7" to 33.5", providing precise temperature control for high-heat searing or low-and-slow cooking. Designed for use over a wood or charcoal fire, both models offer a spacious 826 sq. in. cooking space.

Choose the setup that works best for your outdoor cooking style. The campfire model can be placed directly over an open flame, or you can move your fuel under the grill as needed for an authentic open-fire cooking experience. It also includes a griddle for searing, sautéing, and cooking smaller foods. The patio model features an integrated firebox where you can build and manage your fire directly beneath the cooking grate, giving you a dedicated setup for cooking over live fire, along with an ash door for easy cleanup.
