Transform your Weber-style grill into a solid cooking surface with this 21.5" carbon steel cooktop. Easily cook your favorite meals in minutes and have an easy clean-up afterward. With a removable center grate, you can add more charcoal when needed. The grate drops right into your grill and features a clean flat surface to sear vegetables and delicate seafood, while the center grate provides the grilling surface for steaks, chops, and other hearty meats.
NOTE: Like fine cast iron cookware, the surface must be seasoned before using with food. See our manual for tips and tricks.
UPDATED VERSION: This 21.5" insert has been redefined to leave 0.25" of space within your Weber style grill for proper ventilation.
