Mild soap and water handles daily wipe-downs between covers. For deeper end-of-shift or end-of-season cleaning, a soft brush with diluted teak cleaner restores the surface without drying out the wood. Most commercial food-service cleaners are fine. We recommend skipping bleach-based products, which can pull the oils out of the grain over time.
Our commercial dining pieces are built with weighted bases and tight joinery specifically for outdoor surface variation. The density of Grade A teak also helps. Heavier furniture stays put during service instead of rocking on the slightest deck pitch or stone gap.
