The Rotisserie Roaster delivers flavor-enhanced food with better air ventilation, even circulation, and precise rotation speed. Equipped with a reflective stainless-steel surface that helps direct the heat from the coals to the meat, cutting down cooking time, saves coals, and adds a healthier flavor as all the fat drains to the bottom tray, so you get saucy, tender meat instead of greasy roasts. The rotisserie stand features a 13-Watt electric motor that allows the spit rod to spin itself at a speed of 3 RPM, with four adjustable tier levels to roast pigs, lamb, chicken, turkey, or pork shoulders. Additionally, the roaster provides four easy-to-move swivel locking caster wheels.
