Are there any safety precautions I should take with these targets?

Never shoot steel core, steel jacket, solid copper ammo, or magnum rounds at Titan shooting targets. It’s also important to avoid shooting Titan targets with BB's, pellets, or air soft and these do not have enough force to splatter and will ricochet. Do not shoot any closer than 100 yards with a rifle and 10 yards with a handgun or a caliber larger than .308. And ALWAYS wear eye and ear protection while shooting at a target.

Are these targets long lasting?

Titan targets are made with durable steel for repeated and long-term use. To extend the life of your target, make sure the speed of the bullet is below 2900 fps at the point of impact to avoid pitting.
