With a 13-Watt electric motor, this rotisserie spins itself at a speed of 4 RPM for smooth, even rotations. And it features a high-efficiency hood that retains heat for faster cooking. The heat from your coal is redirected back to your meat, cutting down on cooking time and saving coal. And the built-in viewing window allows you to check on your meat without letting heat escape. Equipped with a dual prong spit rod, this rotisserie holds an entire pig, lamb, chicken, turkey, or pork shoulder with a leg bracket and spine fork to hold your meat in place. With a constant rotation and three adjustable tier levels, this grill produces a healthier flavor with all the fat draining into the removable porcelain enamel drip pan. Made with durable stainless steel, this rotisserie is built to withstand the elements and has four easy to move locking caster wheels.
